Here at the Half Moon we serve quality food at affordable prices and give you good portions!!! We don't want you to leave hungry. We offer a substantial menu with a wide range of dishes to choose from. We are famous for our home made fresh cut chips. We have a good reputation for our pies and grills. We have a charcoal grill which gives our grills that extra flavour. We do all the pub classics - Steak and kidney pie, chicken tikka massala, lasagne, Whitby Scampi, sandwiches and much more
SUNDAY CARVERY
Every Sunday lunch time is carvery time. Our popular carvery is well known in the area with people travelling miles for it! With three succulent roast meats (Beef, Pork and Turkey), home made roast potatoes and gravy and a selection of fresh vegetables it is not to be missed. Served from 12pm until 2pm (or sooner if its gone). Please book where possible, preferably by 8pm the day before. We can cater for gluten free, this needs to be advised at time of booking. A reduced Menu is also served for a limited time on a Sunday Lunchtime.
DINING AREAS
We have two main dining areas, the lounge and dining room. They can both comfortably seat approximately 30 people each. You can however eat in the snug or outside on the patio.

Food is served six days a week.
MON - FRI 6:00pm - 8:00pm CLOSED Wednesdays
SAT - SUN 12pm - 2pm & 6pm - 8:30pm
